Our 5 Year Anti Corrosion Warranty
Here at MSB we pride ourselves on the high calibre of work, quality ethics and procedures.
This is why in most cases we give a free five year anti corrosion warranty on our work, knowing that your items are finished to a very high quality without compromise. Our system will go well beyond the five years cover we offer but this is offered for your peace of mind and knowing you are putting your work into experienced & knowledgeable hands.
How can we do this? the answer is simple.
By using the best materials available along with skilled & dedicated experienced technicians, so you can be assured of a long product life.
MSB have been offering our warranty for over 10 years now and to date we have not had any items back for rework, so we know our system works.
We are aware MSB are not the cheapest around and never will be, but by paying for the quality work over lesser coaters it does have rewards & dividends in the long run.
Thus our trusted mind set.

When items be presented to us for work and are in poor condition then we may not be in the position to offer any warranties.
Our free warranty includes.
Paint fade. Paint lift, Corrosion. Chipping or flacking (not abusive or accidental damage)
We stand by our commitment and offer the best service possible should you ever need to make a claim.
There are terms & conditions that must be meet by the owner are listed below.
Items must be cleaned regularly.
Road salt should be removed as soon as possible.
No acid cleaners to be used. (we can tell if they have been used.
No abrasive products as such as T cut.
Will not cover abusive use.
Cleaning with products that contain ethanol or any other products that will degrade painted surfaces.
Only covers our recommended products.
Items Not Covered:
Problems where we have advised for parts to be replaced.
Acceptable wear and tear, Damaged by accident or deliberate damage.
• We have advised items are suitable for powder coating.
• Third party repair work before or after works has commenced.
• Poor re-assembly work.
Please note: if you return your items we have previously worked on or experiencing problems , we will endeavour to help where possible – regardless of the problem or cause and indeed should the items be of our warranty period. We will be happy to help.
